Is this a good keyword?

I found a keyword (with a popular product's name in it) which has monthly broad search 27000, phrase 9000. But CPC is only 0.05. is it worth to do?

Another keyword has 80000 "phrase seach" . competition is 2.9 million with quotes but when use allintitle, it only have 192. is allintitle result reliable?

since the competition is low, it should be easy to rank. If I use this taffic for Amazon deal, is it possible?

It depends on how do you decide to monetize your website.If you try to make money with Adsense, just for get your keyword.
If you rank your site for selling product, go for it
 
A low CPC is fine if you don't plan to monetize through Adsense, just concentrate on the CPA/CB/ebook or other money methods. And yes, EM is the best path to getting a real sense as to how many people are looking for that exact phrase. You should check allinurl as well as allintitle, and also both together to get a true understanding of the SEO competition (not just hits from all sites using the kw, but results from sites that are doing decent SEO for the kw).
