is this a good idea?

I just thought of something. If I buy a ragged PSP really cheap, and I buy those cool custom shell sold in china. I replace the whole shell and it would look like a cool special edition PSP. You can make an old used psp look brand new and with custom housing.

You can get a used PSP for less that $100. Do you think there will any real resale value.
