Best advice I can give you is don't worry about PR so much, try to target domains with DA 40+

1. I am not sure if the domain is worth it but i would not recommend buying a domain name for 301

2. if you decide to register it then go at namecheap.com as they are charging only 0.98 for a biz domain

For local businesses, DA 15+ should be good. Please someone correct me if I am wrong. Someone said above that we should only go for DA 40+, but I do not think the are taking local business in consideration.
