Well I just spend hours on live chat with them and they assured me it is unlimited and they do not keep track of it. I told them I use 25tb+ with likelyhood of an increase and they said its no problem!

Well host-stage appears to be reselling OVH so good luck with your unlimited connection.

Because a reseller or affiliate doesn't keep track of BW doesn't mean their up-link doesn't track it. You can bet the people paying the BW bills in the datacenters are tracking BW and passing the costs or shutting down services to the down-pipe.
