There are already several models that do just that and deliver good results. You can run them locally on your computer so that no data is sent to any company's cloud. There are also models that have been retrained to have no restrictions or specifications. Theoretically, there are no limits. What exactly are you planning to do with it? I can show you how to set up such a model locally.
