the guy is just "mirroring" your home page, so he is doing a domain forward, idk why he did it but anyway you can remove that domain from analytics and probably from search console too(since the website is linked to you, just for safe seo block it in search console(if can be done idk)
other than that dont worry much
also adding cloudflare is good for peace of mind

Put your site behind cloudflare & enable scrape shield. If that doesn't stop it, add a firewall rule on cloudflare to block traffic from the IP of the other site.
please send me your skype id in pm, i will look into itThanks a lot for the resources, guys. What I've done so far is this:
- Added security headers
- Added filters in Analytics
- Added Cloudflare
- Enabled scrape shield
- Added a firewall rule for the two IPs of the website
- Added another code in Htaccess to block the IPs
And somehow, nothing seems to work. When I was done with the last step, I was surprised to find traffic coming from another domain, a Chinese website with over 80 DA and aged around 17 years. It's Alexa rank is 103!! Now I'm even more intrigued to know what's really happening than actually solving the problem (although it's driving me insane).
What do you think they're doing?! It's incredibly weird and confusing.
