Is this a dance or a penalty?

hello everyone, I am starting a new project on a new niche, the website has 10 indexed pages, I created 3 web 2.0 blogs (1 each day) and created about 2-3 backlinks per day through the use of web 2.0. I placed the web 2.0 in gsa (making like 30 backlinks to those web 2.0 and about 70 backlinks to the tier 3 per day). The website indexed and got to 5th on google, a few days later the website is gone from the main keyword search. I used unique content on website and tier 1, the tier 2 and tier 3 where all spun though. Tier 2 was page rank 2+ links while tier 3 was page rank 1.

Is this most likely a dance or a penalty? Is auto spun content dead? Will removing web 2.0 links get me back to normal?

Don't see anything wrong with that strategy so I guess a dance. But did you link to other authority sites as well on you web 2.0 blogs? Without this it might have been to obvious for G. What's your anchor text ratio and how long has it been gone?
 
Remember to link to atleast 1 other related site on each of your web 2.0's

You been going for 3 days? Then its pretty normal, just keep building.

The website is 1st for the first paragraph, I linked to wikipedia in 2 of the 3 web 2.0 (not in each article, only 1 article of the entire web 2.0).
If it is a penalty will deleting the backlinks and making new web 2.0 fix it?
 
Keep your keyword anchor text to maximum of 20% total - Links on money site are count also.

If you site have only been running for 4 days I would keep building. Make sure not to make unique content, and important not to make exact keyword anchor text^^ keep keyword on max 20%!

That's Google honeymoon dance lol. Nothing to worry about. Your rank will reappear again after a week or more :)

I was saying that I also have a domain in which I used unreadable spun content and it stoped ranking after a week of link building, first it got from page 3 to page 2 but then it jumped out of serps. It is still indexed though and is right now pr 3.
 
You don't have enough quality links to retain or keep you on the SERP..

Diverse your link portfolio, use naked links more often, at least 55%.

It pays to get some niche related links, guest blog and/or private network links on your site too, highly powerful and recommended.

Why are those not quality links? Web2.0 blogs with unique content are about the best quality links you can get other than homepage links from authority sites etc..

Agreed, plus the niche has so many long tails that I am trying to make each web 2.0 article rank one of the keywords. All my tier 1 will be high quality links.
I think that they got penalised due to unreadable tier 2 and 3 tough, making new spins which will be 100% readable and making new web 2.0's all over again.

but they aren't penalized bro.. just give it a couple of days and they will pop back up I think.
 
2-3 backlinks per day is not enough to penalize anything. it's just a dance - dont worry :)
 
I was building around 30 backlinks as tier 2 and 70 as tier 3, the problem is the spun content, it makes no sense, and I am scared that google picked that up and penalized due to that. Hopefully it is nothing, the niche has 6.6k unique monthly searches and quite low competition. Lots of low competition 3k-1k long tails too.
 
You guys where right, it was no penalty. Website is back at page one, only 8th position though so still not getting much traffic, hope to get top 3 soon as the competition is not even that great (youtube video at 2nd spot with low on page seo).
