So I checked https://www.blackhatworld.com/media/
found 4g proxy offer so I clicked the image and was not able to know where that image is posted
after few trial I found this user

found that all his threads are old and that image from yesterday

so when a user submit sales thread on the market place and even before it get approved we can see it?

Hello!

So, the media isn't meant to click through to find where they're posted in the forum. They're meant so that Jr. VIPs or Marketplace Sellers can put images in their sales threads, and all upgraded members can add a banner signature if they wish.

And yes, it's a public section. Everyone can see the images uploaded of everyone else. But the section is only a utility, not meant for directly advertising or selling (and if you see anyone doing it, please report the image).
