Hi everyone,

I have created a MNS site for a brand which has no online presence.

My site is ranked number #1 in Google search, and gets a few hundred UV a day. It's sole purpose is for adsense, and it earns me around $4 a day from clicks per day.. Which isn't too bad for a MNS.

Anyway, I implemented a "contact us", feature and I get about a dozen emails from buyers of the product for assistance on damages, questions, etc.

Then I thought of a sneaky plan: Which is I would reply to them with a PPD download link as the download would have the answer to their "question".

Could this have some sort of negative effect on my site? The site only has 5 pages, and provides little value on the product - and hence a lot of clicks on the sponsored advertisements are clicked.

Thanks!

As long as it is handled through email there is no way the search engines would know. I guess it could give you some negative serps if people posted on ripoff or whatever.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by "PPD download link as the download would have the answer...", but if you're tricking people and your site resembles the actual company at all, people will probably start complaining to the real company, and they will take legal action to shut you down. What about simply answering their questions and trying to upsell them another product through hidden aff link?

Also, I would try Amazon, if it can work for your product. I something similar for a big ticket iten, and though I didn't sell a lot of the actual item, people ended up buying a ton of other shit, that made much more money than Adsense did. Try it for a few days even, but realize the more sales you generate the higher your comission will be. So if you make say $4/day, it can be brought up to $7-$8 if you end up selling more and get a higher percentage from Amazon.

One last note, if you're using an EMD of the company, than definitely don't do any funny business. If it's an EMD you try to keep the actual company happy, and stay out of their way. As someone who owns 100+ EMD potential legal problems, I've seen each end of the spectrum, some that don't give a shit, and some that seen the domain name a few days after I registered it, and threatened legal action.

The idea is very interesting - it is necessary to try to do the same.

Dont do it. Its not worth the potential liability

U need testing.testing is the only way you can find good profit things

There's no harm to using email for communication. However, it's using those content blockers that isn't good. Even if you got 12 emails, it won't really generate anything. 12 is very less.
