Is theres a way to delete or edit comments from users on Yellow Bars?

Is there is a way to delete or edit coments from the person marked in a yellow barr ( the span comand does't appear)

There is a coment that could be inconvenient for my operation ( maybe more inconvenient that is already is, im having trafic, but no conversion) and i would like to do something abbout it.

Any software that makes it posible , or is counter coment like campaing, be it in an other channel, be viable?

Any Advise is welcome.
