Is there such a program that will....?

Hi Guys,

Is there such a program that will send messages to FB users but it will do a search for people in a certain Location and only send a FB message to them that match the location? Also do FB have any limits on the number of messages a uer can send within a given amount of time?

If anyone could help me or give me any useful information that would be great.

Yes there is, am building one;-) It's safe to send less than 100 messages per day spread out randomly. Don't send all messages at once
