Is there still a YouTube views exchanger?

Hi, some months ago there was a YouTube views exchanger for free on blackhatworld - I cant find it anymore, does this still work, and whats the name?

It worked like this: I entered my Youtube Vid ID in the software and started viewing other videos in the browser of the software and did get credits for this. For the credits I could change to Youtube Views on my Vidz.

Hope this is still available.
