Is there something wrong with BING right now?

Anyone else facing this problem or is it only me?

The Campaigns tab is not opening properly. It only displays text, like an incomplete opened page.

Rest of the tabs are working fine. Only Home and Campaigns Tab is not opening.

It happens sometimes. Not just Bing, other sites too. No idea why it happens. Simply refresh the page.
