I am looking for a specific plugin that change post URL daily using cron or something.

The plugin will bulk auto change post urls of selected categories everyday and keep last 4 urls to parmanent 301 redirect to the newly changed URLs. Is there something like this?

I am sure you need to hire someone as this will custom development and implementing specific cron jobs.
