is there some smm "super" panel?

Because all the panels are the same i mean not like in visual sense (most of them are, but not all).
For example when YT rolls new update all panels go down, ok. Then when everything is fixed panels go back to normal all at the same time. Now there are limits on view orders and for every smm provider minimum is 5000 views, like every single one on BHW. If contacted to support for something answer is always the same "I will send this link to my coder" on every panel.
Just wondering is there some "super" smm panel?. That all BHW smm providers get their services from

I think each service in the panel has a different provider. So no. They middleman between a number of different providers who provide signals in bulk. If you can commit to $10k/mo minimum in spend, I can put you in touch with a few direct people, but I don't think they resell to panels.

u cant provide all of them so cant be super smm i think.
