Is there really a need to use the "Privacy Feature" with a Domain Registration?

I usually use the "Privacy Feature" when I register a Domain, but @ times I have chosen not to use it. (With a .us the "Privacy Feature" is not available.) When I don't use the "Privacy Feature" of course I use my full name, PO Box address (never use my physical address), phone #, email address, etc. I have never received postal mail & receive about 1 to 2 emails a year w/ Domain related B.S. & I just "block" the sender.
How many of do not use the "Privacy Feature" on your Domain registration?
By not using a "Privacy Feature" have you had any problems?
Are there any safeguards you would recommend when not using a "Privacy Feature"?
Do you really need to use the "Privacy feature"?

It's really up to you if you want people that look up your website to see your address and other personal information. I'd highly recommend if you get that feature.
