Is there problem with opening two ************** accounts ?

Simple question ,

We have two pcs and my brother want to open new ************** account and don't to work together in one account so,

Can every one open his account with the same IP but not with the same Computer ?( every one from his Pc )

Is this violating terms and our accounts will be Banned ?
