You can try asking for free trial from various Proxy providers, but the trial usually last a few hours. 5G/4G Proxies are not cheap as they are premium Elite Proxies.

i doubt due to the cost of 5g proxies that anyone will give them away.

most survey site blocked vpn and proxy ip only residential ip work .so I don't think free proxy will work for it

Yes you are correct, I have seen various surveys that keep on popping while browsing. But once you configure your browser with proxy, those popups mysteriously disappears. It seem Proxies some how block survey.
