Is there is a duplicate ip penalty

yesterday i made a video targeting a certain keyword using an account

then a day later i made a similar video but different thumbnail and content but similar keywords using a different account

Now the second account does not rank for anything except way down. I think it was hit wit h a penalty. The first account also lost rankings too. has anyone else seen this happen? I suspect it has to do with the IP address being the same but who knows.

If you used very similar keywords, titles and descriptions, it can affect the rank of both accounts. I saw this happens many times but it is not related to your IP address.

I am facing the same problem. I tried to upload in many different niches with different aged accounts. Mostly my video's gets instantly ghosted or they don't rank well. I also tried to upload from a new device with proxy, but still the same issues...
