Is there Buffer with automatic video file uploading function from hard drive?

I need to upload whole bunch of video files to Facebook automatically from my hard drive.

I tried to find it by myself but as you can see I totally failed. IFTTT and Zapier didn't work for me.

I don't care it is free or not. Is there any recommendation for software or Web service?

Program connecting with Google Drive or other Cloud will be desirable.
