Hy everyone.
i want to use this logo for my group. As you can see it the background image of AssassinsCreed's logo so should there be any copyright issue?, and also if i modify it a little bit then is there be still any copyright issue?

Try to get permission from the original creator. If you are lucky, you might get a chance to edit it. Usually, it is not legal to use logo from other sources.

What do you mean by group? Nobody will probably mind but it is illegal

Yes you will be screwed if the assasin creed developer checks your website

Depends on where you're using it man, if its a huge project don't take the risk.

Just alter it a bit - this will make it your own and while the concept may be inspired by Ezio and Assassin's Creed, it is yours. This is also a much easier route than trying to track down the creator of a video game logo which has to be very challenging.

It's so easy to make it yours. Just put a dot on each side and one in the middle or something, and it will be different.
