Now I am looking for a way to make master card or visa card without kyc.

If you are looking for card issuer that doesn't ask for KYC, I think PST didn't request for KYC last time I tried their service. I don't know if they've changed.

I don't think there's a way to 'make' any card. You need an issuer to issue the card to you. You can't 'make' it.
