Is there anyway to check traffic in bulk?

I have two questions, if you care to answer I will be very happy, and am already very thankful.

1. Is there anyway possible to check traffic for websites?

2. Is there anyway possible to check traffic for multiple websites?

3. Is it possible to put like for example, 300 websites of yours, then put them in a list, then use a program to get all TOTAL traffic / HITS on websites?

I think you can try Woopra, they support live tracking multisite with only one account for free (limited to 30,000 visitors / month but you can upgrade later with some fee). You can monitor live website static via PC, Android and Apple device.
