Is there anyone that can actually run your instagram correctly ?

Is there anyone that can be hired that people on here recommend that can actually take your instagram account and manage it to the point where it’s worth it for what your paying . Not talking about someone just running a bot on your account. I assume anyone that’s actually really good at it just does their own accounts why would they even need to bother doing it for someone else
