Is there anyone collaborating with admins of groups on facebook?

Hey
I have an idea I was thinking why not picking a niche and search on facebook to find groups or pages related to that niche and sending a PM to the admin of that group or page and offer him 50% of earnings if he let you promote something on the group like a product on amazon... I already tried that I sent a message to 10 admins of different groups but they don't reply to my messages
I just wanna know is there anyone doing this and is it working?

Ask them for their price for paid promotion.
Then counter them with a lower price + commision/revshare etc.
Do it just like sponsored posts and shoutouts on Instagram.
