Is there anybody or any bot that can do this?

I want to build mass number of twitter accounts that post specific status. They can have fake followers for authenticity to twitter but who reads it and doesnt read it is not my concern my only goal is that it is posted to a lot of account at once so I can show it to my clients.

So far I have searched fiverr, blackhat forums etc and everybody is offering retweets and followers, not actual tweets.

Do you know of any bot that can do this?

The siplest way to achieve this is with a free service, called ifttt. You can build some cool stuff using Yahoo pipes as well, that you then post to any of the twitter accounts. I tweet new items on my website using the rss feed via ifttt.
