Is there any working proxy phone provider?

I've googled up temporary phone numbers yet those phones do not work for any sort of verification. I want to send a message on a certain Discord server but it would not let me unless I'm phone verified. I tried to copy and paste a few of those numbers from proxy but it would not let me.

Does anyone know any working proxy phone numbers for verification?
