I doubt you will find a one time payment for a web based app. The site has to pay for the ram / cpu you use and possibly provides a proxy as you will not be using local IP, so onetime payments tend to exist only for desktop apps as you provide the machine (cpu / ram) the program uses.

that said, maybe they have done their research and found out most people only stay with them for 6 months, which if at $10 a month, they can get a high ROI if give you a lifetime license for $100. Probably best to reach out to them all. Even if they don't advertise it, they may do you a life time license for some amount

yes , I always prefer life time licensese but seem hard to find one
 
search for Nextpost , but you have to buy modules. to follow and unfollow etc. one time payment
people have made a lot of modules.

Their plans are monthly not exactly what your looking for but their automation are quite good

Personally user their auto repost function so i could just leave my accounts untouched HAHA
 
actually last time I got use one IG extention on Chrome works well
auto like " can set to avoid been block " etc

but seem no more.
