I am paying for a lot of seo services ,

Is there any way to measure which is doing good and which is not ,

or any way to even get the indication of which link juice is effecting .

That is, I believe, one of the reasons you should either:

1) Only hire services you're 100% certain are going to help you.

or

2) Hire services one at a time, so that you are able to gauge progress, if any.

For the time being the most obvious sign of success would be a better position in the SERP.

Stop buying them - buy 1 and see the improvement. If you're happy stick with it + buy more. If you're not try something else.

Try one at a time. If you are using multiple services, it is impossible to tell which service is bringing more fruit without in-depth analysis. An in-depth analysis (scanning the referring traffic, backlink sources etc) could find you the results but it will take a lot of time and energy.

There is only 1 way. Create new pages on your site, around the keywords that have almost same competition. Make the pages almost identical, content almost similar, and on-page SEO identical too.

Now, test each service on only 1 page, and you'll have the results with you.
