Hello,
I wanted to ask if there is any way to make a unrefundable PayPal Transaction.I've tried by using the Donate feature but I found that a dispute/claim can still be made.
So does any of you guys know any way to make unrefundable PayPal transactions?
Thanks

As long as an unauthorized dispute can be made, there is no transaction that is unrefundable..

People that use PP to sell intangible goods, like downloadable software, are usually difficult to win refund claims against. At least it used to be like that. Policy might have changed.

^ Yeah it's hard to win a dispute/claim. But unauthorized transactions still win most of the time...

Yes there is solution,

Ask the seller to mention the any digital product name in the payment description.

But if he changed his ip to send the payment to ask for unauthorized transaction, then there is no way.

If they send as "family & friends" i think its not refundable.... but they have to manually choose it.

yes only when they send money to family is only non refundable then also if unauthorized transaction he can still make a chargeback rather than dispute use invoice as well. then also if chargeback is done paypal cant help u as well so the safest tip is to.
1)use invoice
2)dont keep any balance if any chargeback as well u dont loose money.
