Is there any way to do this

I have been searching my butt off to find a program that can harvest email addresses out of the actual email content of emails in my yahoo inbox. I also have a gmail inbox that I could use. I would actually be willing to use any email someone thinks will work. I have a bunch of replies constantly coming in from cl ads and other ads where people request to get future mail alerts at their email address, however many are from cell phones and @cl addresses so I cant reply directly, and opening like 3k emails and manually copying and pasting emails to a giant list would take forever. Please Help, I have posted several posts for this and no-one has helped. Thank You -GMB

Chances are if you have posted several posts like this and no help has come your way, either no one can do it, which I doubt, or they are not interested.
