I try submit some backlink on many site via Google webmaster but very tired and must pass the image captcha.
Is there any tool to submit url to Google Webmaster googledotcom/webmasters/tools/submit-url combine with 3rd captcha bypass( not the tool which submit url by ping url via ping sever) . I'm very curious

I think autority indexer do this. As it asks for google PVAs and 2captcha service

I think sitemap submit + pingler/pingomatic do this. This tool is not for backlinks and have not guarantee g00gle will take action.
From other side it is protected with the latest captcha so maybe it is costs to try, but in fact have very easy ways to index url - post it on twitter with hashtags.
