I used to post in many groups manually but got ban for posting in groups a lot of times
on my last account. which actually also ban.

Now I using new account, just want to play safe.
I only just post 3 times in various time range so far ok but I feel is too little.

Of course this is safe for my account since I don't post much to lot of groups but I feel
is too little grab attention.

I using manual posting. What I want to know per day is there a limit cap on posting to
many FB groups and how much roughly?

Facebook needs trained.

I have done a lot of automating of Facebook and other social networks and what I've learned is this.

If you raely post start off slow and slowly increase the frequency that you post. This trains facebook to your posting pattern .

Also make sure the posts are as unique as possible.

Try not to link off of facebook to your site.

Rather what you should do is make a post on your business page in facebook.

Copy that postage link

Then share the link to that inside fa ebook groups.

1. Facebook loves sharing internal links.
2. You can monitor the insights for the post reach and interactions
3. You can convert it to a paid audience ad if it does well and also create a look a like audience ad

Make sure you have the proper meta tags for social on your site so it pulls a nice image, title and description.

Hope this helped.

One thing, lets say I share my FB page post , as you know there will be a thing under share how many time
you click can see who share

so let say I share my FB page to various groups, vistors can see where i shared?

Yes they can, but you can have the post on your page hidden if you prefer. Then when shared I groups it pulls the content into those groups

sorry my bad, I don't what you mean here.

you mean , first make my post in my fb page hidden?
than share in groups?

Yes when creating the post if you dont want people visiting your page to see it you can set privacy to hidden. Then share the post link to groups.

Not sure why someone would. I would leave it public and get as much engagement as you can.

well partly because it don't look nice, some visitors go check who share your post
and happen find out huh is the page owner ownself shared to so many groups.
in return perhaps they will feel , or look like this FB page is crap or whatever by looking the share
no others vistors shared excep the page owner
if you got what I mean,

Stop over thinking it.

I've been doing it for years and many other successful people and businesses have done the same as part of free ways to market and build audiences.

Some groups dont allow linking to your page but many will allow it. Check their rules first.

so summary u never hide your FB page post , just post your FB post shared in groups

Thata correct because I want others to be able to check what I'm posting anyway.

This is my personal way I used the method
