I need software that will help to promote the account and increase coverage on posts with the help of mass reposts.

Yeah, that's going to be a struggle. With the loss of API most tools that could do that no longer work, so you're going to have to do it manual.

  • SocialPilot.
  • Buffer.
  • Coschedule.
  • SocialOomph.
  • Missinglettr.
  • StatusBrew.
  • Audiense.
 
I would just mass post using physical devices, specifically iPhones
 
There are Buffer, Hootsuite, Loomly, Hubspot and the rest.
 
There probably still are, just don't count on their usefulness in the current Twitter considering all the changes. Plus, depending on your setup, most of the posts might just get quietly filtered out.
