Is there any service like this?

I had a great idea. I started streaming on Twitch recently. I get most of my viewers/followers when I'm one of the only streamers for my game.

Does anyone have a notification system that would tell me when there's not a lot of streamers for the game I play?

I'd imagine that making this notification system wouldn't be too difficult.

What do you think? Maybe it won't be worth it and it's better just to stream consistently...
