If you're trying to recover access to your own Gmail, Google's account recovery flow is really your only shot especially once 2FA is enabled. Services that offer virtual numbers or public SMS inboxes won’t work for Gmail. Google filters out most VoIP and non-carrier numbers. If you're setting up 2FA, consider using an app like Authy or Google Authenticator with cloud backup, and always store your backup codes securely. Without those, you're pretty much locked out once access is lost

i have around 50-60 old gmail accounts and I wanna use them as SMTP to send mails
but GMail asking me to enable 2fa to enable app password
so i need some virtual or real numbers for verification of that

You can try "Temporary Phone numbers" if that doesn't work I guess look for other sites.

yeah, most of the sites are voip and Google doesn't accept, i remember once seeing some services related to getting codes for Gmails in this forum.

No friend, there’s no legit service to receive OTP codes for Gmail 2FA. Google sends OTPs (verification codes) only to the phone number or authenticator app connected to the account. Sharing or bypassing this process is not supported and could break Gmail terms.

There are non-voip sms services like smspva. Try them. It's a bit costlier than when it was launched.
