Is there any proxy switching software that support user:pass proxies

I need a proxy software that allows you to put in user and passwords for private proxies.

My lists are in this format


Is there any software that does this?

I tried elite proxy switcher, but there's no where to put the proxy user and password

thats because elite proxy switcher uses public proxies only i believe
