Is there any proxy provider instagram "friendly"?

I have tried 3 providers in last day,they always say yes sure our proxies work with instagram....I try first set of 5 none of them work....they send another 5....also doesnt work then they give me a refund without solving or apologizing all of them like they are the same one.

Do you guys have any quality proxy providers?
