If you want to breeze through offer paths and some surveys, there are imacros or scripts that can be run through GreaseMonkey. It simply re-enters your information instantly, so we get our leads (though not high quality), and you get through quickly. Been awhile since I ever used one, so I couldn't tell you where to start looking.

Alternatively, use roboform (Firefox plugin) to fill in the survey quickly.

I guess you can simply ignore these type of websites by using some ads blocker plugin or extension in your browser.
