Is there any PPC network that accepts black hat traffic?

I have a black hat website, but I have problems monetizing it. The problem is not in traffic itself as my ads get 700-800 clicks a day but the offers I promote are not converting. As my title said: "Is there any network where I earn when someone clicks my ad?" $0.05 per click is ok for me, as long as it pays immediately. In past 30 days I had more than 15k clicks and earned only $50. Any tips are appreciated

have you tried guy4game affiliate network. If you could get alot of clicks on that affiliate website you would make alot of money. pays .01 per click. Also ajiboye is supposed to pay 10 cents per click but i haven't been able to get either one of them to pay. they say quality of trafic isnt good enough.

If your traffic is not converting then your traffic is worthless. Simply put any network other than Google Adsense will not pay for your traffic, and even then Adsense will ban you for low converting traffic.
