Is there any PPC network for custom-made browser?

We have developed a custom-made browser based the Chrome source code. The browser provide free vpn and other free services. And the users agreed to view some ad in return. My concern is: can we use any in-text ad solution in our custom made browser? Or any other monetize solution for our browser? Please advise.
