My client gets negative reviews many times from people who are not his patients. They are probably competitors trying to get the reputation down. We have reported the reviews multiple times but they are not being removed. The client says he sees negative reviews posted on competitor's listings and sees them get removed and wants me to do that same. Any advice?

available guarantee chance is to add more positive reviews to override the negative reviews and make mass report on the negative reviews to get them off.

Yup, this is the only way, there's no special tricks or anything like that, just the usual way.
Can you please tell me how many reports on the negative reviews you would consider a mass amount? How many does it take to remove them?

Yes, first you have to report all reviews then you have contact gmb team, send them list of by names of persons, as fake reviews, they can remove in bulk, if reviews really violate there guidelines.
