Some of us knows Xhanch but my Question is is there a free or cheap plugins that support for streaming i'm making an Anime Site that can stream Videos.

There is one I've used called rtmp player. Supports private steaming public streaming etc from Amazon s3 and cloud front with signed encrypted urls. Search rtmp player WordPress plug in and it's from wpacademy. Com I believe.

If you are planning to stream videos from your own hosting, you will need a host that supports ffmpeg and also make sure you are not throttling any resources. Some hosts are really strict about throttling.

If you are planning to stream your own videos, I would start with a VPS. Shared hosting is probably not good for this.

You could stream videos from your own hosting if you wanted. Personally, I think Amazon Web Services is way better for anything somewhat bandwidth intense. Amazon is $0.10 per GB I do believe... there's a reason Netflix uses Amazon Web Services to serve their content. It's way cheaper than any DIY.
