Depends what you are looking for, maybe SaaS if it's purely just scraping data. Keep in mind they will also face issues for Facebook,Google.. as these obviously are the hardest to scrape in volume. Should it be a smaller site you could even do Scrapy crawler yourself. Did not use any of the services so cannot recommend one, but just search Google for scraping website data and have a look at the different sites.
