Hi. 2 months ago I uploaded a video to youtube, I bought 20k HR views (from fiverr), added likes, subs and favs. Decription, tags and title are all optimized. However, it didn't rank well (very end of the first page), so about 3 weeks later I bought another 20k HR views. It completely disappeared from youtube search for like a week, (it could also happen because I turned off the comments) but then it came back to the very end of the 2nd page this time. And it just sits there. I was thinking about buying geo-targeted HR views from BigBuddy and adding some nice amount of Google + shares. And more backlinks, because now I have around 200 of them, extremaly low quality. Is there any point in it, or this video is already lost and I can do nothing about it? Or is it better to delete it and try again?

A possible reason why your video did not rank well is because you did NOT actually receive high retention views from Fiverr. It's a known fact that some of the view providers on Fiverr actually use the term high retention but in actual fact they give you a few seconds per view.
Go to yourAnalytics page, click on audience retention and check the average percentage viewed stats of your video. If it's above 75% then there is still hope. Otherwise, you should consider a fresh start.

Did you mean Google ranking ?? or YT ?? In my experience [i am newbie] i just buy HR retention views, really2 HR views, i went to Analitic page, the average percentage viewed above 90 %. without any backlinks and my videos [2] were in YT page 1 for 16k ESM combined. But there are nothing in Google. IMO YT still use HR views as one of main Factor to ranking video, but with Google still use backlinks [ make sure has been indexed] .CMIIW. Sorry for my poor English. ;)

I don't really think HR views is that big of a factor in ranking. Some of my videos ranked on first page with 0 views, ofcourse it gained a few 100 original views after getting ranked. I just spinned and uploaded them with some highly searched terms and tags and with only a download link in the description.
OT: I guess you should try experimenting with the video for a week more. If all else fails just leave it be.

HR views play a major role in high competitive KW mate. If you try rank for "bag of sh#t"I am sure you will be page 1 with no views. When thinking forex, make money online etc.... then its a must.

Secondly to the poster, you might have received normal views and not HR views which happens often on fiverr. Id delete the video and do it from step 1. If you need help id be more than happy to assist you with HR views and likes that I used to rank my KW on page 1 within 48 hours. Quality over quantity!

Cheers
