I want my website to index all posts in two to three minutes. Along with the index, that post will show up in Google’s top rankings.

There are paid indexers out there, but I believe some of them have stopped working. There is no paid software that would help you get indexed quicker, there were plenty before but now things have changed.

If your pages are not completely shit, the following 2 ways can index them in less than 5 min 90% of the time:

1) Google Search Console - submit new sitemap (for lots of pages) or fetch URL (for single or few pages).
2) Social Media Shares - Facebook / Twitter / IG (prioritize in that order).

As for software to shoot you up in top rankings, there isn't any and there never will be.
