Is there any method to remove Negative reviews?

Hi
I have a customer who wants to remove a Negative reviews from his GMB. I told him 95% there isn't any way to remove it and you just have to get positive reviews to fix the overall rating. But i want to make sure, is there any service or any methods to remove Negative reviews?
Cause i saw some people on FB groups who provide this, i don't know they are scam or not

It might be the algorithm, cause you're saying it was spammed
 
How many reviews do they have? if not many, then they can delete the current account (with the stupid bad reviews), wait 2-4 weeks, and create a new account, then you can create them good reviews again. That's the only wait I found to be working. Google is like yelp, they are nightmare in term of removing or disputing reviews, and as a matter of fact, I no longer advise my clients to have GMB or Yelp or even FB pages, these can mess up your business way too bad.
 
Try to mark it as inappropriate. If luck is on your side, Google will consider it as spam and may b delete it
 
If they know the customer's address and there is any hint of false information in the review you can send them a cease and desist letter. Most of the time they will get scared and just remove the review, this has worked well for me.
 
If those reviews violate Google policies, then the owner (or operator) of the GMB account, can report such reviews by flagging them as inappropriate. Disagreeing or not liking a review and flagging them as inappropriate, will NOT work. Flagging them as inappropriate would work if those reviews violate Google policies. Nonetheless, Google being Google may sometimes still reject such flagging as inappropriate, as Google's employees are themselves unaware of Google's policies.
