is there any method to earn something from 1-year hosting a keyword domain ??

I have a 1-year linux hosting for a keyword specific domain,but I don't have much time to create content,drive traffics to site. is there any method to to put all things on auto pilot and gives me some earnings to at-least cover my domain and 1-year hosting cost .
