I got funds in my PayPal. Looking to buy BTC, or TRX. Anyone know any escrow service site or someone here who can help me? I will pay first if the member is reputed.

Ps: I actually want to buy WAXP, I will be using "ChangeNOW" site so I will be needing instant transfer to the address I give to you as soon as you receive payment.

Few people will trust paypal. It's easy to refund money and crypto transfers are permanent.

Etoro supports paypal and you can withdraw BTC to external wallets after you buy, but there are a lot of fees and it may take a week to get withdrawal approval. Other people also mentioned Paxful, but I never used it. You should check it out. For small amounts of money on paypal you can buy on localbictoin or localcryptos, but you pay a premium when going there.

Money exchange isn't allowed at BHW.

P2Ps are your best choice, get someone with a high feedback score and tons of transactions, the higher the number the better.
You can try Binance P2P or even Localbitcoins. Get a popular coin then you can exchange it for smaller coins later using any of your favorite exchanges.
