You can't really find free vps, and if you find one I doubt it's gonna be reliable.

There won't be any available for free, but you can look around on lowendbox for something cheap if your budget is an issue.

And why you did not try it on your own desktop/laptop? if it is only for try and have result you can invest 7$ per month for decent windows vps...

You wont find any fee vps's. Maybe azure trial

There are a few companies that run free trials but end of the day scrapebox is something you will use long term so the investment "long term" would be better off
